Moonlit

The third page of the first issue of Moonlit has a comment from the editors "Why a new journal? Because each of us woke up recently and needed poetry again." And for those of us who share in that need, Moonlit is providing a fresh and profound shot in the metaphor. Nicely perfect-bound at a sane six dollars, featuring a wide range of aesthetic sensibilities from the contemporary world of poetry, here's a magazine of class, sophistication, and open submissions. Pure and simple, it gets back to the basics of what a poetry magazine should be: a good read. —JP
