Forcing the Rhyme

I hear the wind whistling outside my window
The wind is whistling outside my window, I hear
it. It makes me feel like a cowboy, alone, oh
so alone, on horseback, a cigarette behind my ear
a sadness creeping up my life like a train
whistle, a train whistle blowing throughout
my life, the places I had to go, remain
I think of how it hurts. What rhymes with out?
Out the window out the closet outsourced rhymes.
Well, What rhymes with rhyme? The obvious--
rhyme rhymes with rhythm, time
I think what has happened to us
or not, Americans? War, our heartland
rusted out. Wal-Mart Made-in-China. What rhymes with that?
